Snack Shack Management

Snack Shack Procedures

Snack Shack Schedule
West Seattle Pee Wee Baseball is an entirely volunteer run organization.  The Snack Shack provides a huge fundraising source for the league, of which 100% of the profits and donations are put directly back into the league.  It is imperative that each team takes the responsibility of running the Snack Shack seriously.

Each team will be assigned three shifts during the regular season.  We encourage each coach to find a team coordinator.  The team coordinators can distribute the information to their parents.

Because the Snack Shack volunteers do not have keys to the field, the coach responsible for locking up the fields will be around until the Snack Shack has been closed.

No one under 13 years old is allowed to work in the Snack Shack without adult supervision.  Adults should be the only ones handling money.

Teams opening the Snack Shack should arrive at least 15 minutes before game time.  Any later and it delays the opening.

There will be someone responsible for dropping off and pick up the cash box.  The cash box always starts with the same amount of money each day.

When the Snack Shack is closing/cleaning up, there will be someone to pick up the cash box.  They may take the cash box while in the middle of the clean up process and leave.  We will advise the person's name.
